[Premium Times] Of the three high-rise buildings (Blocks A, B, and C), situated on Gerard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos; Block B (21-storeys) collapsed on November 1, 2021, killing 46 persons including the contractor.
[Premium Times] The governor said setting up the committee was a first step to the implementation of the report submitted by the panel.
[Premium Times] Justice Aisha Ya'u gave the order Friday while hearing a suit filed by some of the traders against the government.
[Premium Times] We never got milestone approvals for each of the floors. We were bothered, we kept asking and he (Osibona) said that if the government agencies had any problem, they can come and lock up the place."
[Premium Times] "Documents have been received from some government MDA's and members have started studying them. We have also interviewed some of the LASG staff in the relevant MDA's."
