[The Herald] Following the launch of the Second Phase of the Emergency Roads Rehabilitation Programme (ERRP2) by President Mnangagwa on February 15, Government, through the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Development has been working around the clock to rehabilitate the country's roads.
