ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
POSITION: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
REPORT TO: DIRECTOR
Major Functions: The Administration Officer will be in charge of the full spectrum of administration and human resources including regulatory reporting. The Admin is expected to provide operational effectiveness which is necessary for superior performance by coming up with strategies which have the essence of unique and valuable position rooted in a systems of activities that will make D.K. Construction survive in a turbulent environment.
- Oversee all aspects of human resource management
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures
- Development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for effective operation efficiency.
- Constantly review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency, providing administration advice, support and input on planning and analysis, including monitoring progress for the company’s projects.
- Advice on operational structure of projects including producing and reviewing operation reports, ensuring that human personnel is according to approved contractual budgets.
- Manage company assets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Degree in Accounting/Business studies/Commerce/Finance. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
